Bird-watching is an incredibly popular hobby nowadays even amongst young people. It adds so much value to your travels to ensure a richly satisfying experience. The Western Cape prides itself in its floral kingdom which is called, “Fynbos” (fine bush). Fynbos includes proteas of which the King Protea, also South Africa’s national flower, is the largest . Yes, South Africa is also affected by this worldwide pandemic. Our President, Cyril Ramaphosa was very astute and announced a nationwide lock down which was implemented on March 27.2020. This is in the middle of our High Season and Agape Apartments still accommodated guests! All of a sudden flights were cancelled, the South African borders were closed and the airports were shut down!
